Making a purchase
Please browse our site, click on the ‘ Add to Basket ’ buttons for the product(s) you wish to purchase. This will place your item(s) into your shopping cart. You can view your goods at any time by clicking on the ‘ View Basket ‘ button at the top & bottom of each page. When you have finished shopping, click on the ‘Checkout ’ button. You will then be taken to the checkout page. Here PayPal will require your details and payment method.
We can accept payment by most major debit and credit cards. On completion of the checkout procedure you will be transferred to the secure PayPal payment system to complete your purchase (s ) and choose your payment method.
Credit Card Security
The payment for all orders received by bridalaccessoriescollection.co.uk will be processed by PayPal for your security. We do not hold or see sight of any credit card details.
The delivery address should be the same as the address that the credit card is billed. We need to see proof of your connection to the delivery address. It is important that you inform your credit card company if you are ordering goods for delivery to a different address other than the card billing address.

The customer agrees not to hold Webforte ( Uk ) Ltd. responsible for any delay caused in whole, or in part, by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Webforte ( UK ) Ltd, including delays by carriers or delays in shipment or receipt of materials from suppliers. Webforte ( UK ) Ltd. will not be liable under any circumstance for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your order.

Delivery Service
All orders received prior to 12 noon ( Monday to Friday ) will be dispatched on the next working day.
( Bank Holidays excluded ) by Royal Mail. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. All items will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery Charges
All order are dispatched post free within the UK to the areas as specified above under “ Acceptance of orders ”
Back Orders
Should your selected item be out of stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified via email in this event and you will be given the option to cancel your order, should you decide not to wait for restocking.
Loss or damage in transit
Please try to check your goods on receipt. Please report any damage or loss immediately.
Any damage or partial loss in transit must be reported to Webforte ( UK ) Ltd, in writing or email ( Damaged parcels must be sign for ‘ Damaged ’on Royal Mail documents ) within 1 day of receipt of goods by the Buyer. In the event of total loss, notice in writing, must be given to Royal Mail and to Webforte ( UK ) Ltd within such time as to enable Webforte ( Uk ) Ltd to make a claim against the Royal Mail. If these conditions are not complied with in full, the Buyer will be responsible for any loss or damage within transit.
Restocking Charge
Any goods ordered by the Buyer and delivered substantially in accordance with the Buyer’s instructions, subsequently returned to Webforte ( Uk ) Ltd for any reason other than faulty manufacture, will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. This is subject to the goods being returned in the condition originally dispatched and in a resalable, unused condition. The responsibility for any costs or charges incurred in the return of such goods to Webforte ( UK ) Ltd premises, will be the buyers. Returns must be made by a traceable means ie. Recorded Delivery. All returns must be in the original packaging. All goods returned must be clean and not tainted by any substance ie. perfume or cigarette smoke. Webforte ( UK ) Ltd. is not responsible for any returns that get lost in transit.
Webforte ( UK ) Ltd. must be notified in writing, in advance of your intention to return goods. A restocking code must be obtained before goods are returned. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted after 14 days of original posting.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any goods supplied by Webforte ( UK ) Ltd. the goods should be returned within 7 days carriage paid. All returns must be in their original (undamaged) packaging, It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods returned and that returns should be insured against transit damage or loss.
For hygiene reasons we can not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears and sets containing earrings. Returned lingerie items must be in their original condition with all tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please ensure that you wear your own undergarments when trying on all products. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer and should be sent by a traceable method ie Recorded Mail. Webforte ( UK ) Ltd will not be held responsible for any items lost during return. Goods should be unused, in as new condition, in the original packaging. For faulty items Webforte ( UK ) Ltd will refund the postage. For wrong sizes and non-faulty/unwanted items, postage will be the responsibility of the customer. The product will need to be inspected before a refund can be made. All refunds will be by the same method used for the purchase. A refund can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
